This Privacy Policy describes how Refuge & Sword Publishing LLC ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with the That's So Random! mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what little data we collect.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App's features:

• Account information: When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. This is used solely to authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Purchase status: If you complete a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium content, we record that your account has been granted premium access, the date of purchase, and a purchase token provided by Google Play or the Apple App Store for verification purposes.

We do not collect your name, location, phone number, device identifiers, usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes only:

• To authenticate your identity when you log in to the App.
• To verify and restore your premium purchase status across sessions and devices.
• To respond to support requests you initiate with us.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing profiling, or any automated decision-making.

3. How We Store Your Information

Your account information and purchase status are stored securely on servers managed by Base44, our application platform provider. Base44 implements industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. We do not maintain our own separate servers for this data.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only a purchase token and confirmation of the transaction, we do not receive or store your payment card details or billing address.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Base44 as our backend platform. They process your data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing terms.
• App stores: Apple and Google process payments and may share a purchase token with us to confirm transactions.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your email address and purchase record will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will promptly delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
